PowerTime Time-off Request System gives your employees the ability to request time
off in advance through the web. Employees simply initiate a time-off request, choose the leave type they intend
to use, select the days requested from a calendar, attach any comments, and submit the request. The Time-off request system
is tightly integrated into PowerTime and enables your company to simplify the time off request process, enforce leave balances
and track employee leave usage.
Supervisors are notified of time-off requests from the same supervisor dashboard that they use for timesheets and expenses.
PowerTime can also be configured to automatically send the supervisor an email whenever a time-off
request has been made. The supervisor then has a convenient caledar view of all of their employee's time-off
requests which can be used to analyze multiple requests for a single day. Once a request is approved, the
appropriate charge and hours are automatically added to the employee's timesheet.
